Requirements:

Advanced Learners are required to have a message sent to the attention of Destinee Scott from the preceptor of choice stating that they are willing to accept you as a learner, they will take responsibility for your learning during the time of your rotation, and will complete your evaluation

• Affiliation Agreement between their school and our hospital
• Letter of Good Standing
• Drug Screen
• Vaccines
• Background Check
• Liability Insurance
• Coverage and to complete our rotation application which we will provide
