MyChart

On July 23, we launched a new MyChart tool which required the transition from Southeastern MyChart to My UNC Chart, which offers the same great MyChart features: messaging with your provider; requesting appointments; accessing test results; requesting prescription refills; paying bills online; managing accounts of loved ones; and tracking your health.

In order to continue to use MyChart, Southeastern MyChart users will need to use www.myuncchart.org after July 23. In most cases, you will use your current username and password to log in. If a username and password change is necessary, you will be contacted with more detailed instructions. 

Patients using the App version of MyChart will need to go to “Select Organization” and search for “UNC Health Care” on the login page. 

On July 18, Southeastern MyChart was modified to allow you the ability to make payments to previous accounts and view previous messages, results, and letters.  The only activities allowed within Southeastern MyChart after July 18 is payment of bills for services received before July 23.
