Southeastern Center for Fitness & Rehab (Fitness Services)

Southeastern Center for Fitness & Rehab in Lumberton offers single, family, and group memberships to the general public. Memberships offer a wide range of fitness and recreational opportunities, such as cardio exercise, strength training, group exercise classes and swimming. A wide variety of health education classes/programs, screenings, and special events may be provided upon request.

The Lumberton facility is located in a 45,000-square-foot facility on a six-acre campus and offers additional services including an indoor walking track, basketball and racquetball courts as well as a smoothie bar and snack shop.
