Pembroke Fitness & Rehab (Fitness Services) offers single, family, and group memberships to the general public. Memberships offer a wide range of fitness and recreational opportunities, such as cardio exercise, strength training, group exercise classes and swimming. A wide variety of health education classes/programs, screenings, and special events may be provided upon request.

The Pembroke facility is located within UNC Health Southeastern’s Pembroke complex near UNC Pembroke.

Our main fitness center is located in Lumberton (910) 738-5433.

Single: $44
Double: $66
Group of 3 (max of 6): $86
Student: $20
