The UNC Health Southeastern Foundation Teammate Giving Campaign gives UNC Health Southeastern teammates an opportunity to make a charitable contribution in support of the programs and services that help our patients and team members during their time of need. Our teammates give so much of their time and talents every day to make a difference in the lives of our patients. Teammate Giving
Since 1996, UNC Health Southeastern Foundation has enlisted the support of its teammates in the quest to enhance health care through the Teammate Giving Campaign. For the past 27 years, team member donations have assisted in the growth and development of our comprehensive healthcare system by assisting with programs such as nutritional supplements for Gibson Cancer Center patients, funding for private rooms for patients in the patient bed tower, materials for patients in the Diabetes Community Center self-management program, toys, games, and books for patients on pediatrics, funding for the Southeastern Heart Center, funding for the Horace E. Stacy, Jr. Academic Scholarship Endowment Program which provides assistance to students who wish to pursue medical careers and most recently the CARE Fund, solely supported by teammates for those team members who have found themselves in a crisis situation and the list goes on and on. We raise money to benefit not only our patients, but your family, your friends, your neighbors, and teammates.
