Get Your COVID-19 Vaccine or Booster

Individuals who are eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine, including a booster, may schedule an appointment for vaccines by calling UNC Health Southeastern primary care clinics direct or scheduling through the Call Center at 1-844-735-8864. UNC Health Southeastern administers Pfizer for individuals ages 12 and over and Moderna for ages 18 and over. For a full list of vaccine recommendations and eligibility, visit the cdc website here. Rapid and PCR testing is available at Primary Care and Urgent Care clinics for patients who have symptoms.

Antigen and PCR testing is offered by physician referral only at Laboratory Drive-Through, 202 W. 27th Street, Lumberton, Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Antigen test results available same day via MyChart. PCR test results are available 24-48 hours after collection via
