Pulmonologist Joins Multispecialty Clinic

Pulmonologist Ronnie Mantilla, MD, has joined UNC Health Multispecialty Care at North Lumberton. On July 1, the clinic, formerly known as UNC Health Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine at The Oaks, will relocate under the new name to 4760 Independence Drive, Lumberton.

Dr. Mantilla completed medical school at Universidad de Guayaquil in Ecuador in 2007. He completed an internal medicine residency at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in 2015. He completed a pulmonary and critical care fellowship at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in 2018. He is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease, and critical care medicine.  

“My goal is for my patients to have the best quality of life and enjoy their lives to the fullest,” said Dr. Mantilla.
